We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives on organizational excellence and has exceptional client management skills. Someone who is able to manage a variety of client focused communications projects including, editorial, graphic and video as determined by client business objectives in an inclusive-yet-decisive way, and thrives working in an agency environment. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, strategically-minded, able to analyze opportunities, foresee challenges, and handle multiple projects concurrently.

What You'll Do
- Shape and manage projects in collaboration with various Quietly teams, including defining the approach and scope, and developing project plans and budgets
- Draft scopes of work and contribute to other contracts
- Identify, secure, and successfully manage project team members
- Manage projects from briefing through to completion, including setting the team up for success and steering all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule meetings, take and share meeting notes, and manage administrative elements of project delivery
- Successfully deliver all projects, including hitting milestones, delivering on time and within budget, and proactively anticipating, flagging and resolving risks along the way
- Ensure thorough, clear and professional communication with all project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, suppliers and contractors
- Proactively communicate with clients, including delivering work, managing feedback, sharing recommendations and opportunities, flagging risks and challenges, and offering solutions while effectively managing expectations
- Apply creative and strategic thinking to projects in collaboration with your team
- Support in Business Development, including inputting on proposals and developing indicative project plans and budgets
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies and work with internal team members to evolve processes for effective project management strategies and practices
- Provide project level inputs that inform the efficiency and quality of work
- Advocate for the agency/client relationship
- Understand & respect every department’s role in delivering great work & building relationships
Who You Are
- 7+ years of client facing industry experience in an agency/creative organization
- Experience with, and an understanding of, the dynamics and workings of marketing agencies
- Experience working with B2B clients and/or technical subject matter
- Experience forming strong cross-functional team relationships and client communications
- Proven track record of ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on-time
- A familiarity with common best practices in the world of content marketing
- Well-versed in project management methodologies and best practices, and a whiz at creating and managing project plans
- Ability to take ownership of multiple workstreams and projects concurrently and with minimal guidance
- Tech savvy with a high proficiency using Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Harvest and other project management tools
- Eligible to work in Canada
