Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse client portfolio and monitor day-to-day client needs

  • Define and support development and implementation of communications strategies

  • Drive and facilitate all public relations activities, such as pitching to fashion and lifestyle publications

  • Research media lists, put forth ideas and manage pitch grids

  • Write and edit press releases, collection notes as needed

  • Oversee sample and assets requests and all other inquiries

  • Ensure accurate monitoring of credits, send out to clients of editorial reports and press clippings

  • Oversee influencer campaigns, such as giftings or seedings

  • Oversee client events, including fashion shows, presentations, launches, dinners / cocktail events, provide recommendations in regards to execution events, manage guest lists, seating plans, front of house.

  • Read industry-relevant publications and share findings with the NY team and Paris HQ

  • Maintain and maximize relationships with top tier fashion and lifestyle titles

The ideal candidate:

  • Ideally 5-6 years of experience in PR, marketing or communications

  • Extensive knowledge of luxury fashion, lifestyle, art and business trends

  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects and clients simultaneously, proactive and able to identify opportunities

  • Have established relationships within the luxury fashion press

  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented and extremely well organized, excellent prioritizing and time management skills, highly motivated, passionate about luxury fashion and the brands we represent

  • Strong presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills
