A Day in the Life:

• Work within an agile environment, actively collaborating with cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and requirements
• Contribute to automated testing efforts by adding new test cases and executing existing automation suites using tools such as Karate and Playwright, with primary focus on Karate
• Support and work within evolving test frameworks as automation capabilities continue to mature
• Test complex websites and enterprise applications across multiple concurrent projects
• Perform data testing to validate data integrity, transformations, and backend processes
• Execute SQL queries and conduct backend testing across multiple database environments including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
• Compare requirements against development to identify gaps, defects, and risks early in the lifecycle
• Clearly document defects, test results, and testing status, and communicate findings to project and delivery teams
• Participate in quality assurance processes throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Apply strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and improve overall product quality
