Senior QA Engineer

The role:   

Lead and drive testing initiatives across multiple projects within the Robotix Mentor platform 

·  Collaborate closely with development teams to establish comprehensive testing strategies and quality  standards 

·   Take technical ownership of complex testing scenarios for multidisciplinary products (hardware, software, algorithms) 

·         Design and oversee execution of advanced test plans covering software requirements and system integration  ·         Analyze testing results, identify patterns, and drive resolution of critical issues with development teams

·         Spearhead post-release analysis and continuous improvement of testing processes  To succeed in this role, we think you have: ·        

At least 5 years of experience as a software QA technical leadership – A must.

·         Demonstrated experience in leading testing projects and driving quality initiatives – A must.

·         Advanced expertise in writing comprehensive test documentation (STD / STP / STR) – A must.

·         Experienced with bug tracking systems (preferred JIRA) – A must.

·         B.A. in Medical Engineering or equivalent or ISTQB Certified- A must.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex technical challenges 

·         Proven track record of working effectively with development teams and technical stakeholders 

·         Self-motivated leader with excellent organizational and communication skills 

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. – A must.

It is beneficial if you also have any of the following: Experience in working in a medical or simulator or gaming company.
