Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities):
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager of people
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))
- More than 1 year of experience in NCM, or Nonconformance Management
- More than 1 year of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions
- More than 1 year of experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings
- Experience building cross-functional relationships; experience connecting with and advising senior leaders within the business, thoughtfully challenging leadership when necessary
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Ability to understand the big picture and inter-relationships of functions and program integration
- Engaged experience participating in early quality involvement practices including APQP, design review, quality planning.
- Prior Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering Management experience
- Experience in project leadership that led to innovations, performance improvement, or risk mitigations
- Knowledge of quality processes, systems and tools (e.g., OnePPPM, REDARS, MESCi, CLEAR, Productive Capacity)
- Ability and skill to organize complex details with developed recommendations for executive consumption
- General Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and rally a team in challenging work environments
