<職務概要 / Position Overview>
RDA(リアルタイム デフェクト アナリシス=工程内欠陥検査)チームにおいて, 製造ライン全体の品質• Yield改善およびExcursion防止をリードするSUSTAININGエンジニア。欠陥分析及びデータに基づき, 複雑かつ横断的な課題の根本原因を特定し, 改善戦略の立案• 推進• 標準化までを担う。また関係部門をリードしながら迅速な意思決定と実行を推進し, Fab全体のKPI改善に貢献する。
Lead quality and yield improvement and excursion prevention across the entire manufacturing line as a Sustaining Engineer within the RDA (Real-time Defect Analysis) team.
Leverage defect analysis and data-driven insights to identify root causes of complex, cross-functional issues, and drive end-to-end improvement strategies from planning through execution to standardization.
Drive rapid decision-making and execution while leading cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to Fab-level KPI improvement.

1) Technical Leadership• Lead root cause analysis of complex defect and abnormality issues (e.g., unknown OOC, high repeat issues)• Enhance trend monitoring and early abnormality detection using SPC and large-scale data analysis• Drive improvement initiatives with quantified impact (e.g., Wafer at Risk, Yield)• Prevent and contain excursions through early detection and rapid response
2) Improvement Execution & Leadership• Lead cross-functional teams to drive improvement activities• Define priorities and execute resource allocation based on impact• Drive escalation and decision-making in a proactive manner• Quantify impact on Wafer at Risk, Cycle Time, and WIP to determine priorities
3) Fab Contribution• Lead optimization of CPM and monitoring capabilities• Drive standardization and deployment of best practices across the Fab• Promote automation and systemization of monitoring and data analysis processes• Drive digital transformation through automation, rule-based systems, and data integration in RDA operations
4) Knowledge & Talent Development• Mentor and develop junior engineers• Deploy analytical methodologies and problem-solving best practices

<必須資格 / Required Qualifications>
1) 日本語での読み書きおよびコミュニケーション能力
2) 英語によるGlobal コミュニケーション能力
3) 半導体または製造業での品質管理や改善活動の経験
4) データ分析を用いたRoot Cause特定及び改善実績
5) Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)の基本操作
6) 半導体工程の基礎知識
7) JMP/Python/Tableau等 データ解析ツールの使用経験
8) 製造業務と自己管理(健康管理)がしっかり出来る方
1) Proficiency in Japanese for reading, writing, and communication
2) Ability to communicate effectively in English in a global environment
3) Experience in quality control or continuous improvement in semiconductor or manufacturing industries
4) Proven experience in identifying root causes and driving improvements using data analysis
5) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6) Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
7) Experience with data analysis tools such as JMP, Python, Tableau, or equivalent
8) Strong sense of responsibility for manufacturing operations and effective self-management, including health management
