Business Recruiting is seeking a Recruiter to join the Corporate Recruiting team at Robinhood. This role is essential in supporting our efforts to hire top talent for our Finance, Legal, People & Administrate teams. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with leaders across these various teams to identify and engage world-class candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to support the broader Business Recruiting organization as needed.

This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring for roles across Finance, Legal, People, and Administrative functions, ensuring a smooth, efficient process from initial contact through offer accept
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver against critical growth priorities, acting as a trusted recruiting consultant
  • Create best-in-class candidate experiences that reflect Robinhood’s culture and values at every touchpoint, while serving as a brand ambassador to top talent
  • Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies, including creative market mapping and proactive pipeline building to engage high-caliber talent in competitive markets
  • Provide clear, consistent communication and insights to business partners through regular status updates, process recommendations, and maintaining accurate, compliant tracking within Greenhouse
What you bring
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally working on relevant corporate roles within Finance, Legal, People & Administrative organizations
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies. You do not fully rely on inbound applicants or referrals for your pipeline 
  • Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, embracing ambiguity, and navigating uncharted areas

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$119,000$140,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$105,000$123,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$93,000$109,000 USD
