StubHub is seeking a Senior Recruiter to bring exceptional talent into our organization. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of tackling complex and high-impact hiring challenges as a core partner and innovator, bringing creative solutions to life that strengthen our teams and drive company success. To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm for the problems you solve. As a Senior Recruiter, you will also act as a mentor and advocate for both candidates and teammates, modeling leadership qualities and setting the standard for those around you.

Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you will own multiple requisitions across different business verticals, delivering results in a fast-paced environment while continually developing your expertise. You are highly organized, proactive, and driven to grow with the team. You will partner directly with hiring managers, lead the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through closure. This includes sourcing, interview preparation, candidate feedback, salary negotiation, and closing offers with confidence.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA

What You'll Do: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, including sourcing, pipeline management, and closing.
  • Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience with timely and transparent communication at every stage.
  • Provide succinct feedback to candidates and hiring teams within three business days.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations, hiring strategies, and process improvements.
  • Utilize data to inform hiring teams and adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
  • Lead initiatives that improve candidate experience, scheduling efficiency, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Extend and negotiate offers independently.
  • Mentor teammates, share best practices, and positively influence the recruiting organization.
  • Drive recruiting projects, events, or programs that impact pipelines or hiring strategies across multiple functions.
  • Contribute strategically by connecting recruiting activities to company-wide goals and organizational strategy.

What You've Done: 

  • 7+ years of internal experience with 2 years of agency recruiting experience.
  • 5+ yeas of experience recruilting for Senior Product Design positions
  • Proven success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align recruiting strategies with organizational needs.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently, handle broad or less-defined tasks, and operate with minimal oversight.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
