  • Sourcing Strategies & Market Insights: Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Gather and leverage market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies, including understanding industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape.

What you bring to the role:
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high growth companies.

  • Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidates’ fit within these areas.

  • Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decisions.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of conducting executive-level searches, including sourcing, assessing, and closing talent.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $160,000 - $190,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package.
