Senior Recruiting Coordinator

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team!

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with your recruiting partners to facilitate our global interview processes, while acting as liaison between recruiting partners and candidates.

• Schedule and facilitate all phone, video, and onsite interviews

• Communicate daily with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process

• Maintain personal and team metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports

• Provide support and mentorship to new and junior members of the team

• Support in creating team resources and partner in projects as needed
   

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Someone with a knack for organization and finding creative solutions to problems

• An effective problem solver and able to make decisions quickly

• Able to work well in high ­volume scenarios

• Strong communicator who can interface independently with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters and enjoys building new relationships

• Able to work autonomously and exercises independence throughout their day to day work 

• Someone who’s passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience and proactively builds strong relationships

• Experience with online systems, calendar tools such as Goodtime, and the Google suite
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

• 1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working at Snap Inc.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base hourly range for this position is $33.65-$50.48 hourly.

Zone B:

The base hourly range for this position is $31.73-$48.07 hourly.

Zone C:

The base hourly range for this position is $28.84-$42.78 hourly.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
