The Senior Recruiting Manager leads the recruiting team, develops growth plans, and enhances strategies to attract top talent, while ensuring inclusive team culture.
- Motivates and inspires team to achieve business results by creating an inclusive and innovative culture where each individual feels valued and thrives.
- Conducts one-on-one meetings with individual team members to discuss and create development and growth plans.
- Provides strategic consultation with partners and managers concerning market, resources, trends and opportunities to advance the organization.
- Acts as a brand ambassador of Talent Acquisition by bringing our employee value proposition to life to candidates and by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Tracks program successes through metric driven information and make recommendations for enhancements to programs based on data insights.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
- An advanced level of knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to, successfully sourcing a diverse range of talent, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management.
- Exhibits strong competence in penetrating new markets or sources and targeting potential candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate a candidate-centric approach to help Allen Spolden stand out as an employer of choice as normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of progressively more advanced experience in sourcing/recruiting on a national, multi-location basis
