As a GTM Enablement Specialist, your mission is to ensure our Sales and Customer Success teams are equipped to perform at their best—from onboarding to product enablement to continuous coaching and tool mastery.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, and GTM Engineering to design structured learning, drive adoption of key processes and messaging, and ensure that field feedback drives continuous improvement.
- New hires in Sales and CS ramp with speed and confidence, hitting key milestones and quotas
- Reps and CSMs follow best practices consistently—across methodology, pipeline/account health, and tools
- GTM changes and product launches are adopted quickly and used effectively in the field
1. Onboard Sales & CS for Speed and Confidence
- Design and deliver onboarding experiences tailored to AEs and CSMs that align to ramp KPIs
- Blend live, async, and tool-embedded learning to shorten time-to-productivity
- Capture early feedback and escalate gaps in process, tools, or messaging
2. Drive Continuous Learning, Coaching & Field Empowerment
- Build enablement paths tied to SPICED, pipeline rigor, and account excellence
- Enable managers with coaching guides, playbooks, and frameworks to reinforce skills
- Translate rep feedback into resources and improvements that reduce friction and boost performance
3. Lead GTM Change Management & Product Messaging Rollouts
- Own rollout and training plans for new tools, GTM processes, and sales motions
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create crisp, field-ready messaging and assets
- 3+ years in Sales, CS, Enablement, or Training roles, with a track record of commercial impact
- Startup-native mindset—you know how to build just enough process to help teams move faster (not slower); you scale enablement with care, iteration, and rep-first thinking
- Deep understanding of B2B sales & CS processes and methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDPICC)
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills—virtual, live, and hybrid delivery
- Experience launching enablement programs in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
- Tech-savvy with tools like HubSpot
- Excellent project management and communication skills—you bring clarity and drive outcomes
