VideoAmp is on a mission to create the best employee and workplace experience where people can bring their whole self to work everyday.  We believe that accomplishing something great requires a special group of people who work hard, drive results and have a blast while doing it - people who challenge the status quo and embody our values.  People who say “I’ll find a way” instead of saying “it can’t be done.”
At VideoAmp, we believe in challenging advertising paradigms to maximize value for clients. We do this by enabling companies to execute on business outcomes across their media investment instead of more traditional media metrics. VideoAmp is the software and data solutions company powering the convergence of linear TV and digital video advertising. Our solutions connect linear TV viewership with addressable data assets to benefit the marketing and media industries. This enables marketers and content owners to holistically plan, transact, and measure deduplicated audiences across digital video, OTT, connected and linear TV advertising.
Role & Responsibilities:

**This role is designed as an individual contributor position (no direct reports).**

The Revenue Operations team is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our fast growing organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in forecasting revenue, optimizing our ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes of our commercial data, crafting actionable insights from complex datasets, and enabling executive decision-making. You’ll work closely with Revenue leadership and executive team to establish, monitor and optimize revenue KPIs and play a key supporting role in a major Salesforce rebuild.

  • Own the Near-Term Revenue Forecast: Take ownership of the weekly and quarterly revenue forecast. Your job is to synthesize quantitative data from our systems with qualitative feedback from our sales leaders and present a clear point of view to senior leadership.
  • ETL Management & Optimization:
Design, maintain, and optimize ETL workflows to ensure the integrity of revenue data across systems.
  • Data Analysis & Executive Insights:
Analyze large datasets from multiple sources, uncover trends, and present actionable insights aligned to business goals for executive review and input into our long term strategic plan and annual budget
  • Revenue KPI Development:
Partner with stakeholders to define and track new, meaningful revenue-related KPIs to drive better forecasting and strategic decisions.
  • Salesforce Revamp Support:
Work closely with RevOps, Accounting, Finance, IT, and Revenue teams to support the successful rebuild and enhancement of our Salesforce instance; contribute to data architecture, requirements gathering, testing, and process documentation.
  • Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in revenue data quality, process efficiency, or reporting, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Dashboards (Sigma):
Develop and maintain executive and management dashboards using Sigma, leveraging its cloud-native, spreadsheet-like interface for live, interactive reporting and data exploration. Ensure dashboards meet stakeholder needs for executive review, data exploration, and KPI tracking.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred. (Or equivalent experience.)
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business/Data Analytics, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking or a similar capacity—preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data warehousing (e.g., Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Highly proficient in SQL; experience with Python a plus.
  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards in Sigma or similar BI tools; understanding of Sigma’s spreadsheet-style environment and cloud-native capabilities strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and reporting; prior involvement in Salesforce rebuilds/migrations a strong plus.
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to translate data into compelling executive narratives.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows - or the curiosity and initiative to learn and apply them independently
