What You'll Do:
* Contribute to the design and development of Hyperlane's core protocol, ensuring security, scalability, and cross-chain composability.
* Develop and optimize Hyperlane's interchain security models for a variety of blockchain environments (Layer 1s, rollups, app-chains).
* Build and maintain integrations with leading blockchains and rollups.
* Collaborate on the development of Interchain Applications, showcasing the power of Hyperlane.
* Provide technical support and guidance to developers building on our platform.
What You'll Need:
* Demonstrated Rust experience
* 5+ years building and maintaining high-availability systems (languages we like to see: Rust, Golang, TypeScript, Python)
* Ability to operate independently under uncertainty
* Strong sense of initiative and ownership
* Crypto experience
* BONUS: Experience working with non-EVM-based smart contract platforms
Salary range for this role is $180K to $250K USD (NY). Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
