About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to own the end-to-end execution and administration of Socure’s sales compensation programs.

This role is critical to ensuring that compensation is accurate, timely, scalable, and trusted across the organization. You will serve as the operational backbone of our comp function—owning day-to-day administration while partnering cross-functionally to support plan design, modeling, and continuous improvement.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and business logic, and who takes pride in building clean, reliable processes in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

Compensation Administration & Execution (Core Ownership)

  • Own end-to-end monthly and quarterly compensation cycles, including data validation, calculation, and payout delivery

  • Administer compensation plans within CaptivateIQ, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan logic

  • Partner with Accounting/Finance to support commission accruals and payout reconciliation

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for comp-related inquiries and dispute resolution

Data Integrity & Systems Management

  • Ensure integrity of compensation data across Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, and reporting tools

  • Build and maintain scalable processes for data validation, pipeline attribution, and crediting logic

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems and datasets

Modeling & Plan Support

  • Support compensation plan design through modeling, scenario analysis, and impact assessment

  • Translate business requirements into clear, executable compensation logic

  • Partner with RevOps and Finance to evaluate plan effectiveness and alignment with GTM strategy

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and scale compensation workflows

  • Reduce manual effort and risk through improved system design and process rigor

  • Contribute to building a best-in-class compensation infrastructure that evolves with the business

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Finance, Accounting, and People teams

  • Provide visibility and reporting on compensation performance and trends

  • Help drive clarity and transparency in how compensation aligns to business outcomes

What You Bring

Experience & Skillset

  • 4–7+ years of experience in sales compensation, RevOps, Finance, or a related analytical role

  • Proven experience owning compensation administration at scale in a high-growth environment

  • Strong proficiency in CaptivateIQ (or similar tools like Xactly/Spiff)

Technical & Analytical Strength

  • Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, modeling, data manipulation)

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and data structures

  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools

  • High level of business and data fluency—you can connect numbers to outcomes

  • Familiarity with Consumption (usage) models and associated forecasting / billing mechanics

Operational Excellence

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cycles without sacrificing quality

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis

Communication & Collaboration

  • Ability to translate complex compensation logic into clear, understandable explanations

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations

  • High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying issues and improvements

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
  • Compensation cycles are executed accurately, on time, and with minimal manual intervention

  • High level of trust and transparency from sales teams and leadership

  • Clear, scalable processes in place across Salesforce and CaptivateIQ

  • Meaningful improvements in automation, efficiency, and data integrity

  • Strong partnership with RevOps and Finance on plan design and performance insights
