We are seeking a dynamic, revenue-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our Swimwear business at LF Markets USA. This high-visibility role will drive business development as a core priority—aggressively pursuing new opportunities across department stores and off-price channels while strategically growing existing partnerships. This role will advance licensed swimwear brands and actively build private label programs, creating a powerful, diversified portfolio that fuels long-term growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings the drive, agility, and strategic mindset needed to build and scale a growing swimwear business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that accelerate revenue and margin growth across both licensed and private label swimwear.
  • Expand distribution through new account acquisition and increased penetration within existing accounts across all channels and program types.
  • Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Planning to deliver compelling product strategies that support licensed brand objectives and unlock private label opportunities.

Account Management & Partnerships

  • Lead and manage key retail partnerships, driving profitable, sustainable growth across licensed and private label swimwear.
  • Present seasonal assortments and build retailer-specific product and pricing strategies tailored to each business model.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify whitespace, and secure future wins across the entire swimwear portfolio.

Market Insights & Competitive Strength

  • Stay ahead of shifts in consumer behavior, pricing trends, and competitive activity across the swimwear landscape.
  • Translate retail insights and market data into actionable strategies that strengthen licensed brands and differentiate private label offerings.
  • Monitor weekly sell-through and implement fast, data-driven actions to maximize in-season opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Influence cross-functional teams to meet business goals, ensuring cohesive execution across licensed and private label categories.
  • Provide insight and direction to Design and Product Development on brand positioning, retail needs, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Promote a collaborative, solution-focused mindset across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of sales experience in Swimwear or adjacent apparel categories.
  • Experience in Women’s Swimwear strongly preferred.
  • Proven success with department store and off-price retailers across both licensed and private label businesses.
  • Strong track record of meeting revenue targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with exceptional follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite; PLM experience a plus.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
