What will you contribute?

Finastra is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across North America within our Corporate & Commercial Lending business.

This is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new customers, building pipeline, and leading complex enterprise sales cycles with banks and financial institutions. You'll engage senior executives, uncover business challenges, and position Finastra's lending solutions to support digital transformation and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Drive new logo acquisition across North America.

  • Build and execute a strategic territory and pipeline development plan.

  • Identify, qualify, and close complex lending technology opportunities with banks and financial institutions.

  • Lead executive-level discovery conversations focused on business outcomes and transformation initiatives.

  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Partner with pre-sales, solution consultants, and internal stakeholders to develop winning sales strategies.

  • Manage complex sales cycles involving software, services, and hosted solutions.

  • Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast management.

  • Stay current on lending industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven success selling enterprise software, SaaS, FinTech, or lending technology solutions.

  • Demonstrated track record of winning net-new business and developing pipeline.

  • Strong understanding of commercial and corporate lending markets.

  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Ability to engage executive-level buyers and lead consultative, business-focused conversations.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to articulate business value and return on investment.

  • Experience with Loan IQ, FIS ACBS, AFS, loan origination platforms, or other commercial lending solutions is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Up to 50% Travel required

Compensation: $160,000 - $185,000
