About the team:

The Sales Solutions Team serves as a strategic overlay to client, agency sales, and account management teams, specializing in client technology integrations, audience-driven media strategies, and programmatic media sales spanning client direct, agency, and reseller/aggregator business segments. This team ensures a seamless connection between data strategy, media activation, and revenue growth by providing innovative, data-driven advertising solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Together, this team ensures that advertisers can effectively leverage audience strategies with Netflix advertising products to drive client success and grow programmatic budget allocations.

About the Role

The Sales Solutions Lead (Technology Integrations) is a strategic and technical operator specializing in data collaboration, clean room integrations, and the application of technology for privacy-enhanced advertising use cases, including media planning, activation, and campaign measurement. This role is a consultative, commercial role designed to bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and client business outcomes. The Lead will conduct client discovery and recommend the optimal integration path, and manage the solution implementations of our Key and Growth accounts. The Lead role drives client discovery, advises on the best integration strategies, and oversees the solution implementation for our Key and Growth accounts. This role connects technical adoption of Netflix products and solutions with business outcomes, empowering advertisers and agencies to unlock advanced media planning, campaign activation, and measurement use cases.

You will partner with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to implement Netflix technical solutions, including data clean rooms, APIs, and other approaches to data integration. Sales Solutions Leads are the primary technical point for Advertisers and Agencies, ensuring our privacy-centric solutions and automation tools drive revenue and demonstrable performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collaboration Strategy & Technical Leadership

  • Serve as subject matter expert on clean room integrations (Snowflake, AWS, InfoSum, Databricks, LiveRamp/Habu, etc.).

  • Lead technical integration discovery and requirements gathering with clients and agencies to align business needs and technical solutions. This includes adopting a client-centric approach to fully understand a partner's data infrastructure, tech stack, and current data strategies and advising on the optimal integration path.

  • Own qualification and recruitment for alpha, beta, and general availability launches in partnership with cross-functional business stakeholders

  • Develop reusable patterns, playbooks, and best practices for scalable, privacy-first activations.

Sales Enablement & Client Engagement

  • Translate data capabilities into actionable strategies for advertisers.

  • Guide clients and agencies through technical decisions, offering best practice recommendations to maximize business impact.

  • Present clean room and agency platform integration strategies that drive adoption and ad spend.

  • Develop technical documentation and implementation guides to enable commercial teams and clients.

  • Drive adoption of new product features, tools, APIs, and integrations.

Technical Excellence 

  • Collaborate with Product Management to define client and agency requirements, prioritize future Product capabilities, and define custom integration requests. 

  • Partner with Product and Integration Engineering counterparts on solution implementation to ensure delivery against defined technical designs and desired business outcomes.

  • Manage the technical onboarding for advertisers and agencies into Netflix’s DCR and ensure the  successful implementation of Netflix APIs.

  • Scope advertiser and agency audience data requirements and provide technical guidance enabling privacy-safe collaboration on 1st party data assets. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, work collaboratively across many different teams. 

  • Share technical learnings and market feedback across teams.

  • Serve as the first line of defense for technical troubleshooting and own the escalation path by documenting and communicating issues directly to Integration Support.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in data strategy, ad tech, ad measurement, or clean room integration, with at least 5 years of experience leading solution design and implementation for enterprise or large-scale advertising clients.

  • Data Collaboration & Privacy: Expertise with data clean rooms (DCR) and PET principles. Strong knowledge of data clean room technologies and privacy-first audience activation with firsthand experience leveraging at least one of Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, LiveRamp/Habu, Google Ads Data Hub, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).

  • Data Strategy & Identity: Proficiency in first-party data strategies, identity resolution, and measurement frameworks and methodologies. Experience with audience driven media strategies and the distribution of data in both batch and real-time environments.

  • Technical Skills (Data & Cloud): Strong SQL skills preferred. Ability to understand and scope custom query requests.  Familiarity with at least one public cloud (AWS, Google, Microsoft) and common data formats, pipelines, and ETL.

  • API Expertise: Experience in implementing scalable API-based solutions for advertising or marketing use cases. Comfort interpreting and communicating API specifications. Proficient in leveraging partner-specific Audience and Conversion APIs.

  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with agency tools and systems used for planning, buying, and measurement. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and related best practices.

  • Soft Skills: Ability to foster technical knowledge sharing. Excellent client-facing presentation and consultative selling skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering, legal, and marketing teams.


The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $320,000.00 - $440,000.00. A portion of this compensation is variable.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
