Manage and optimize Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, migrations, roles, security settings, reports, dashboards, and documentation. Analyze business processes, identify system improvements, support implementations, train users, monitor storage, and provide escalation support. Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert while mentoring administrators. The role requires extensive Salesforce administration experience, certification, data migration expertise, and experience supporting large Salesforce organizations.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work with our senior administrative staff to provide oversight on integrating internal processes and applications with various Salesforce applications. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will:
- Review processes and conduct needs/benefit analysis
- Proactively seek and identify needed system changes
- Work on customization and development of workflows, flows and API’s
- Assist in migration and integration process into Salesforce
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards
- Conduct training to users/groups to ensure successful implementation of enhancements
- Provide support functions as needed
- Monitor application storage and create documentation as needed
- Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce and Force.com applications
- Mentor and act as point of escalation for other Salesforce administrators on the team
- Additional duties as required
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Experience with Financial Force (Certinia) is a plus.
- Excellent technical and communication skills with experience in interfacing with internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to utilize Salesforce analytics tools.
- Salesforce administrator certification is required
- Experience maintaining a 500+ user Salesforce org required
- Experience with data migrations is required
- Additional Salesforce certifications preferred
- Experience with Zuora products is preferred
- Ability to read and understand Apex and translate into Flows
- Deep understanding of Salesforce object, record, master detail relationships
