We are looking for a Security Automation Developer to join our security team. Your mission will be to automate security operations and develop tools to enrich and automate security events. We're looking for someone with a cybersecurity foundation and hands-on experience with automation technologies and security frameworks.
How you will contribute
- Serves as a Security Orchestration and Automated Response (SOAR) developer responsible for design, development and implementation of automations that accelerate functions within Mondelez's security team.
- Collaborate with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) content developers as needed to support automation integrations and workflows for security personnel.
- Work with security analysts, threat intelligence, and incident response teams to automate response processes.
- Develop automation playbooks using either out-of-the-box (or custom) integrations and functions as outlined in the automation process design.
- Help advance security operations technologies and processes through automation and integration of threat detection and protection solutions.
- Creating and integrating APIs will enable the creation of orchestrated workflows within our SOAR platform.
- Supports life cycle management of the SOAR platform, integrations and related components.
More about this role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, with a keen interest in security automation.
- Experience working in or with security functions such as SOC, CIRT, security engineering, risk management, vulnerability management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in development, specifically in areas related to security automation.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with security automation tools, SOAR platforms, and programming languages.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative mindset geared towards innovative automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working seamlessly across different teams and departments to drive automation initiatives.
