Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior SEO Strategist to join our award winning team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior SEO experience preferably at an agency.

Along with a competitive salary (salary range: $72,500 - $82,500), yearly bonus, and benefits, we also offer opportunities for our employees to earn a significant amount of additional compensation by working overtime and earning reward points.

Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, weekly yoga/meditation classes, and free snacks and coffee. Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines. ***Employees currently have the option to work remotely, though you will be asked to work in-office on an as needed basis. An average of 2-3 day/week should be expected.***

Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis
  • Provides technical SEO recommendations 
  • Provides optimization recommendations for site content
  • Execute link building strategies
  • Demonstrates value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
  • Research and keep up on industry trends

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree (marketing, computer science, or related field preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience managing SEO campaigns
  • Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have strong presentation skills (Virtually & In-Person)
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to make decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Must have strong knowledge of website elements
  • Must have working knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus
  • Prior experience managing SEO clients is a plus 
  • Basic knowledge of html is a plus 
  • Experience with AI is a plus 
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: Screaming frog, SEM rush, Ahrefs, google analytics, google search console
