Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our growing social team and help bring Yepoda’s brand strategy to life across our key social channels.

In this role, you’ll use your deep understanding of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, to translate ideas into best-in-class execution, guide more junior team members, and ensure our content remains creative, forward-thinking, and on-brand. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and truly plugged into culture, pushing the team to elevate our storytelling and show up in ways that feel unmistakably Yepoda.

• Translate social strategy into content plans across Instagram and TikTok

• Elevate creative ideas with engagement and reach at the forefront (ie scripts, captions, content concepts, trends).

• Ensure all content feels on-brand and purpose-led.

• Contribute strong concepts for campaigns, launches, everyday content, and brand moments.

• Coordinate content needs for shoots, influencer moments, events, and cross-market activations.

• Review and refine edits, cover images, hooks, and visuals to maintain consistently high creative standards.

• Support junior team members with guidance on ideas, execution, copy, and best practices.

• Maintain strong posting rhythms and ensure flawless publishing (formatting, tags, covers, links, music, SEO).

• Lead the spotting of trends, cultural moments, and beauty conversations where Yepoda should show up.

• Review performance data from social analytics, identifying learnings and sharing recommendations.

• Ensure tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across all regions and formats.

• Support the social media managers to upkeep content systems, calendars, and Notion pages.

• Bring forward proactive ideas, experiments, and improvements to help Yepoda stay relevant and innovative.

• 4–5 years of experience in social media management with strong experience in Instagram and TikTok.

• A natural creative with strong instincts for storytelling, short-form video, and platform-native ideas.

• Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing multi-market calendars and workflows.

• Sharp eye for detail – able to refine edits, improve scripts, and elevate creative quality.

• Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about supporting and guiding more junior team members.

• Strong creative copywriting skills, partially in short-form content.

• Impeccable English; additional languages are a plus.

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and K-Beauty – and a genuine love for social media culture.
