- Provide engineering leadership for designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing software solutions for a simulation platform using agile methods.
- Acquiring business requirements and translating requirements into technical deliverables.
- Developing and managing the simulation platform development roadmap with leadership.
- Selection of technology and software development methods.
- This position will help in building best practices and establishing the organization. They will aid in creating a structure for software development, testing and release.

Top Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience with Caterpillar's simulation and Autonomy programs
- 2+ years of experience with Agile teams
- 5+ years of experience hands on coding in coding languages such as C++, Python, or Java
- Proven results leading large scale project implementations
- Experience delivering software using cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Nvidia simulation technology such as Omniverse, IsaacSim, etc
