  • Architect highly robust and scalable microservices using event-driven design patterns.

  • Participate in product roadmapping and strategy sessions with product management and the rest of your cross-functional team.

  • Take initiative to solve impactful problems both within your team and beyond, contributing to high impact cross-team initiatives that unlock new capabilities and value for our partners.

  • Mentor and influence teammates through code reviews and best practices, raising the bar for technical excellence.

  • Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems, including designing robust, scalable event pipelines.

  • Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, including query optimization, schema design, and thoughtful data lifecycle management for sensitive information.

  • Product-oriented thinking with a strong product mindset and passion for user experience, you prioritise work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix partner problems.

  • Experience with common design and architectural patterns coupled with a passion for writing clean code that is performant and well tested.

  • Great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
