Roles and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure.
- Drive increased efficiency across the team, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse.
- Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge.
- Apply principles of SDLC and Agile methodologies, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
- Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.
- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
- Proactively share information across the team.
- Developing complex application with C/C++/Java.
Desired Characteristics/Technical Expertise:
- B.A./B.Sc. in CS/EE from a leading institution / experience from IDF tech units.
- Excellent knowledge of OO design principles and patterns.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Skilled in breaking down problems and analysing them, offering solutions and trade-offs.
Advantage skills:
- Experience building complex multithreaded software.
- Familiarity with HW/SW interfaces.
- Familiarity with Linux OS.
- Passion for quality and experience in writing well tested code.
- Experience working in Agile settings (Scrum/Kanban).
