Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale the core systems that power Brellium’s platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technology that supports our AI-driven medical review platform and contributes directly to improving patient care across the U.S.

What You'll Do at Brellium:

• Design and build highly scalable, fault-tolerant AWS-based systems to support our rapid growth

• Implement AI-powered workflows and tools to automate and optimize our clinical data processing

• Mentor and level up our junior engineering team through code reviews, architectural guidance, and knowledge sharing

• Work closely with product to translate business requirements into technical solutions

You'll Be Great for This Role if You Have:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience spanning the early to growth stages of a high-velocity startup

• Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure

• Experience building and scaling data-intensive applications

• Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing concepts

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Passion for building impactful products and a track record of ownership and initiative

• Background in the healthcare or life sciences industry
