Senior Software Engineer
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer at Ramsey Theory Group.
We build enterprise software that runs in production — for healthcare, logistics, automotive, and entertainment. This isn't a prototyping environment. The work is real, the stack is deep, and ownership is the expectation.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The stack: • Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript • Backend: Django, Python, PostgreSQL • Async: Celery, Redis • Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
What we're looking for: → 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience → End-to-end feature ownership — you don't wait for specs → Strong code review practice that raises the team → Systems thinking: scalability, reliability, maintainability → Clear communication with both engineers and non-engineers
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
What the first 90 days look like:
Day 30 — Fully integrated, owning frontend features independently, contributing to backend, active in code reviews.
Day 60 — Delivering full-stack features end-to-end, using Celery + Redis for background processing, identifying technical gaps.
Day 90 — Owning a project from design through deployment. Influencing technical direction and engineering standards.
