The Senior Solution Architect is a strategic and visionary technology leader within the Professional Services organization, responsible for setting the architectural direction and ensuring architecture excellence across all client implementations. The Senior Solution Architect plays a critical role in delivering strategic client implementations and driving innovation in solution design across our Professional Services organization. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end solution architecture for complex client engagements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and solution outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in private markets, a strong grasp of SaaS and enterprise technologies, and a consultative mindset to lead solutioning efforts and contribute to the evolution of our services capabilities.
You Will:
- Lead architectural design for enterprise-level SaaS implementations with private market clients including InvestorFlow’s core products on proprietary technology, Salesforce and client ecosystem of software and platforms.
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures spanning potentially multiple systems.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to both internal stakeholders and senior client executives, ensuring solution alignment with business goals.
- Define and enforce solution standards and best practices across project teams to ensure quality and consistency.
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex architectural decisions and challenges.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure platform capabilities are fully leveraged and enhanced by client solutions.
- Guide and mentor senior and junior staff on project delivery, architecture, and integration patterns.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing architecture function within the services team, including Solution Architects and Technical Leads.
- Support pre-sales activities by participating in RFP responses, design and solution discovery, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop repeatable solution frameworks and accelerators for industry-specific needs.
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings, IP creation, and practice development within the Professional Services team.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the private markets.
You Have:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or solution leadership role.
- Deep knowledge and mastery of Salesforce and how ISV applications layer on environments.
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions for clients in the alternative investment or broader financial services space.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-based architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling.
- Proven expertise in large-scale solution architecture, data architecture, and cloud-native system design.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, investor reporting, portfolio data, compliance, and performance analytics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
