About you:

You are a customer-focused, commercially minded Senior Solutions Consultant who thrives on solving complex business problems and helping prospective customers envision what’s possible with technology. In this role within Access’ Construction ERP division, you’ll play a strategic role across complex sales opportunities, shaping customer confidence through consultative discovery, innovative solution design, and compelling, value-driven demonstrations.

You are comfortable engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders, translating ambiguous or complex requirements into clear solution narratives that connect customer priorities with product capabilities and commercial outcomes. You bring strong technical curiosity, sound commercial judgment, and the confidence to influence solution strategy across Sales, Product, Professional Services, and other customer-facing teams.

You’re also naturally curious about emerging technology and how it can improve the buyer experience. You’ll leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance discovery, preparation, demonstration quality, deal execution, and broader solution consulting effectiveness.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead strategic discovery across complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities to understand customer goals, business processes, operational challenges, and desired outcomes.

  • Shape solution approaches and scope by aligning customer requirements with product capabilities, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives.

  • Design and deliver advanced software demonstrations tailored to complex use cases and senior, cross-functional audiences, clearly communicating solution value and business impact.

  • Translate customer, industry, and competitive insight into compelling solution narratives and recommendations that strengthen positioning, customer confidence, and deal outcomes.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Marketing, and other internal teams on complex proposals, bid responses, solution feasibility, implementation readiness, and strategic customer engagements.

  • Provide market and customer insight that informs product direction, go-to-market strategy, solution positioning, and opportunities for broader portfolio growth.

  • Develop and share reusable demonstration approaches, frameworks, and best practices that improve consistency, quality, and capability across the Solutions Consulting team.

  • Mentor and coach colleagues, sharing product, industry, solution, and sales methodology expertise to strengthen broader team capability.

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve preparation, discovery, solution design, demonstration quality, workflow efficiency, deal quality, and the customer experience.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

Required:

  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding industry workflows, business processes, market dynamics, and customer context and translating those insights into relevant, value-driven solution approaches.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence and experience presenting to senior and C-level audiences.

  • Proven success translating complex or ambiguous customer requirements into product-aligned solution scenarios, recommendations, and demonstrations.

  • Advanced technical aptitude, including practical understanding of software architecture, integrations, configurations, and solution design across multiple product areas.

  • Experience managing competing priorities across complex, high-value sales opportunities while consistently delivering high-quality work within demanding timelines.

  • Commercial acumen and understanding of deal structures, customer value drivers, feasibility considerations, and the strategic implications of solution decisions.

  • Track record of working effectively across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Marketing, and other customer-facing teams to influence opportunity strategy and successful customer outcomes.

  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles through solutions consulting, pre-sales, sales engineering, software consulting, ERP consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technology role.

Preferred:

  • Experience within ERP, construction management, job costing, project accounting, field operations, or related construction software environments.

  • Deep knowledge of sector-specific processes, regulations, competitive dynamics, and industry best practices.

  • Experience creating reusable demonstration assets, digital content, thought leadership materials, or other sales enablement resources.

  • Background contributing customer and market insight to product strategy, roadmap discussions, or go-to-market initiatives.

  • Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or developing colleagues within a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or related environment.

  • Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based business software solutions and modern CRM platforms.

  • Advanced familiarity with AI-enabled productivity, sales enablement, or solutions consulting tools.

Residence Requirement: Applicants must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.

Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is required for this opportunity.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 annually, with total On Target Earnings (OTE) of $160,000 to $215,000. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
