Job Description:
The Senior Solutions Engineer is a trusted technical advisor who partners with Enterprise customers, prospects, sales teams, and channel partners throughout the customer lifecycle. This role combines technical expertise, business acumen, and consultative selling skills to drive customer outcomes, influence technical strategy, and accelerate revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused cybersecurity professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate complex sales cycles, and is passionate about helping organizations solve their most critical security challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise prospects, customers, and strategic partners.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and executive-level presentations.
- Drive technical strategy and influence deal progression to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
- Scope, lead, and guide Proof of Value (POV) engagements, ensuring clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Support complex and large-scale customer deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Account Managers to drive customer success.
- Collaborate with channel resellers, strategic partners, and alliance teams to identify opportunities, provide technical enablement, and support joint account growth.
- Deliver technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Leverage MEDDPICC methodologies to effectively qualify opportunities and align solutions to customer business priorities.
- Contribute to technical projects, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing efforts beyond day-to-day sales activities.
- Travel as needed to support customers, partners, events, and internal meetings.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud security, networking, or related technology fields preferred.
- Proven ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level audiences.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and modern security architectures.
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and alliance organizations.
- Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and driving technical wins.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for learning emerging technologies and staying current on cybersecurity trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- OTE range $200,000-$230,000
