Rapid7 is seeking a strategic, visionary, and highly collaborative Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between product mechanics and high-level business value. Operating as a key leadership hire within our newly restructured Product Marketing organization, this role is vital to transforming how Rapid7 shows up in the market by moving from traditional, product-centric feature summaries toward an outside-in, customer-obsessed narrative. This strategist will own the creation and execution of our overarching corporate story, the strategic AI narrative, and targeted go-to-market strategies.
About the Team
The Solutions Marketing team is dedicated to defining how Rapid7 communicates value to the market, translating complex technical capabilities into highly impactful narratives that empower sales, engage buyers, and drive pipeline growth.
About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the Solutions Marketing discipline, driving top-of-funnel acquisition and strategic pipeline growth. Specifically, your focus will be to:
  • Architect and champion a proactive, unified narrative explaining how AI is transforming the cybersecurity threat landscape and how Rapid7's capabilities address these challenges.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to refine and roll out the overarching corporate and strategic AI vision.
  • Expand marketing coverage beyond point-product features into rich, high-level platform narratives, vertical positioning, and key customer use cases.
  • Develop foundational sales enablement content, including the corporate pitch deck, core assets, and campaign playbooks aligned to buyer personas.
  • Map content frameworks to specific buyer pain points to power high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring mid-to-top funnel buyers are highly engaged.
  • Act as a proactive market strategist, breaking down historical silos to align product management, sales, and corporate marketing behind a single, cohesive message.

The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
  • Bring 10+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing within the enterprise SaaS, B2B technology, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of shifting complex, technical descriptions into elegant, value-driven, and customer-centric messaging.
  • Maintain a strategic and analytical mindset with experience utilizing voice of customer, win/loss analysis, and competitive insights directly in GTM execution.
  • Showcase an ownership mindset by holding self and others responsible for driving outcomes and meeting GTM commitments that deliver value for the business and our customers.
  • Communicate in a clear manner that conveys complex technical and strategic objectives, driving organizational commitment and sales alignment behind the corporate narrative.
  • Build a global network and work across boundaries to deliver sustainable improvements that align product, sales, and marketing teams to a single message.
  • Think big and act small by breaking larger narrative goals into smaller, executable campaign components with time-bound milestones.
  • Possess a strong technical command of software solutions and the cybersecurity threat landscape to establish deep credibility with technical stakeholders.
  • Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.

We know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams. That's because these teams reflect a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences. If you are excited about this role and feel your experience can make an impact, please don't be shy - apply today.
