What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a Senior Special Projects Manager, to support our most challenging and high-priority initiatives across CoreWeave. You will join the Special Projects team, which operates as an internal consulting team and force-multiplier for the business, assembled to tackle our most challenging and high-priority initiatives. We take ownership of critical workstreams and support the CEO, CSO, CFO, CDO, GC, and other teams in cross-functional workstreams across CoreWeave. You will work with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of CoreWeave to support key executives and decision-makers.
About the role:
The ideal candidate is a generalist problem-solver, who can take ownership of a workstream, from problem statement through implementing and operating a solution. They will apply a consistent, rigorous toolkit of structured analysis, disciplined project management, and stakeholder influence to any business problem that they encounter. Prior examples of Special Projects include our IPO, Board materials preparation, internal and external communications initiatives, new product development, M&A integrations, change management projects, and more.
Responsibilities will include:
- Take a consultative and strategic approach to developing and structuring problem statements, aggregating relevant research and data, conducting comprehensive analysis and assessments, providing actionable recommendations, implementing solutions, and measuring results.
- Prepare and present clear and concise communications for a variety of audiences, from the executive level to all company forums.
- Proactively identify key business challenges, scope opportunities for Special Projects support, and deliver solutions
- Independently own end-to-end project management (PMO) for a portfolio of projects, orchestrating complex, cross-functional workstreams, proactively identifying risks, and meticulously overseeing implementation across all functional groups.
- Drive decision-making through strategic reporting, insights, and recommendations.
Who You Are: (This section has to be the technical and measurable requirement of the role, soft skills cannot be measured)
- 7-10 years of experience. A background in management consulting followed by in-house experience in corporate strategy, private equity, investment banking, product management, or a strategic chief of staff role is ideal.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and accountability without ownership.
- Able to seamlessly shift between rolling up your sleeves to solve tactical problems with functional owners and advising C-level executives on high-level strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to implement operational best practices, build scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement within an organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A strong understanding of cloud services, software businesses, digital infrastructure, or data centers is preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
