Overview
The Global Communications team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Analyst Relations and Sales Communications to help strengthen Mastercard's relationships with key industry analyst firms, while driving alignment and effectiveness across sales communications. This role supports the strategy and day-to-day operations of Mastercard's analyst relations (AR) program and ensures sales teams receive timely, strategic messaging that reflects organizational priorities.

Role
In this role, you will:• Support and manage the ongoing strategy and operations of Mastercard's global analyst relations team and function. • Manage core AR operations, including analyst briefing requests, engagement and relationship management trackers, research coordination, and internal resources.• Partner with communications, B2B marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to align messaging and deliver consistent, customer-facing narratives.• Coordinate and launch sales alerts and webinars informing customer-facing teams on product announcements, thought leadership, and accompanying tools to engage customers. • Conduct ongoing research on analyst firms, industry trends, competitive positioning, and report opportunities relevant to Mastercard's businesses.• Educate global and regional teams on analyst relations and sales communications best practices through training and enablement materials.
