Senior Specialist, Business Management
The role is an exciting new position that will play a central role in supporting the effective running of CNPF Europe working across core activities including business performance management, data analysis, executive-level presentations and communication. Working within a small central team, this role will partner closely with the leadership team across CNPF Europe to bring structure, clarity and insight to complex topics, helping leaders make informed decisions and drive the business forward.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from consultancy and/or have a Services background. Being able to demonstrate a strong ability to understand business priorities, translate complex information into clear and compelling presentations and understand the importance of data driven decision making is key. You will be comfortable working across multiple initiatives, leveraging data and analytical thinking to identify trends, highlight risks and opportunities and support progress against strategic and growth objectives.
Role: • Design, build, and maintain high-quality business presentations for senior leadership forums, translating complex data and topics into clear, concise and compelling narratives.• Develop and own recurring business reporting and performance packs, ensuring consistency, accuracy and clarity across central and regional views.• Leverage data and analytical insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.• Partner closely with functional and regional teams to understand business priorities, align inputs and ensure a coherent end-to-end view of performance and initiatives.• Create and maintain a single source of truth for key metrics, definitions and assumptions, supporting transparency and effective governance.• Support strategic planning activities, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews and ad hoc leadership deep dives.• Track progress against strategic priorities and key initiatives, highlighting risks, dependencies and areas requiring leadership attention.• Support ad hoc strategic, analytical and problem-solving projects to accelerate CNPF Europe's innovation and growth agenda.
