Position Summary:
Join Leaf Home's dynamic team as a high-energy Senior Digital Specialist, Paid Search.. We're on the lookout for a results-driven individual who not only thrives on building and optimizing campaigns but also revels in the challenge of revolutionizing customer lead generation through innovative strategies. At Leaf Home, we're not just seeking an employee - we're seeking a game-changer. As a key player in our Digital Acquisition team, you won't merely be executing tasks; you'll be charting the course for the evolution of our brand as a leader in the home improvement industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the build and execution of ad campaigns, keyword expansion and ad copy development.
  • Take charge of daily campaign pacing and optimization, steering towards impactful KPIs that define success.
  • Be the owner of bid, budget, targeting, and optimization adjustments, ensuring the attainment of assigned KPIs and metrics.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Manager, transforming raw data into actionable insights that elevate media and website conversion rates.
  • Nurture partnerships with search engines, pioneering the exploration of new-to-market offerings to propel us into the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Shine in weekly performance meetings with Marketing leadership, where your insights make a tangible difference.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams, working together with analytics and creative minds to craft comprehensive advertiser solutions that resonate with the customer journey.
  • Embrace the challenge of learning and understanding new platforms, partners, and integrations between Leaf Home's CRM database and the ever-evolving landscape of ad technology.
  • Harness the power of BI tools like Tableau to analyze data, collaborating with the Marketing Analytics team to drive results and enhance efficiency.


Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of direct experience in paid search.
  • Expert understanding of advertising campaign setup in SA360, Google Ads and Bing.
  • Expert-level understanding and execution on real-time bid changes based on pacing and performance
  • Expert Excel skills including ability to analyze data to understand trends
  • Experience using PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization tools to perform trend analysis
  • Ability to work both with a team and/or individually to achieve goals, meet deadlines, etc.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the ball"
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up your sleeves" and "win every day" mentality
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals
  • Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

  • Experience utilizing ad management tools like Smartly.io preferred.

  • Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment. Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
