About R/GA
In our 40-year history, we’ve changed a lot—from a culture-defining film title studio (Superman, Alien, Ghostbusters); to an interactive advertising agency; to an award-winning product and marketing agency with design, technology, communications, ventures, and IP practices. We like change, and we like to navigate our clients through it too.

Our approach to work is always human first. This unwavering focus helps us create meaningful and memorable experiences that live across digital platforms and often blur the line between the digital and real worlds. We believe disruptive thinking happens when you collide experts in design, technology, and culture.

About the Role
Our Strategists partner closely with creative, analytics, and tech teams to build impactful, integrated strategic platforms. As thought leaders, they distill complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives that drive innovation. They identify disruptive opportunities grounded in culture and technology and craft detailed yet simple presentations that move the work forward.

You’ll partner closely with clients, creators, and cross-functional R/GA teams to craft strategies that strengthen brand relevance, inspire participation, and drive measurable business and cultural impact.

  • Work with data analysts to incorporate customer and campaign analytics
  • Forecast, report, and optimize data to inform concepts, ideas, and plans
  • Take initiative as a self-starter, contributing ideas proactively and collaborating humbly with diverse teams
  • Approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, valuing feedback and multiple perspectives to continually learn and grow

The Ideal Person

  • Has extensive knowledge of and experience with digital, social and interactive environments

  • Enjoys collaborating with creative teams to execute strategies for clients
  • Has worked with specialized research practices in the past, such as ethnography, usability, etc.
  • Understands database and segmentation strategies
  • Thrives on being resourceful and resilient, tackling challenges with creativity and grit, adapting quickly when plans change, and turning limitations into opportunities

  • A proactive approach to solving problems, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, present a clear POV, and support your work with data.
  • An open and inclusive mindset — you're curious and eager to learn from those with different personal and professional experiences.
  • A hunger to grow and evolve, paired with a collaborative spirit that lifts others and challenges the team to see brand and culture from fresh, inspired perspectives.

Bonus

  • Previous experience working with pharma or in the health and wellness space.
  • A strong understanding of how to balance creativity with compliance, finding opportunities for culturally relevant and emotionally resonant storytelling in highly regulated spaces.
