Role Overview

We are looking for experienced strategy and management consultants to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role focuses on creating and reviewing complex business scenarios that test AI capabilities in strategy development, operating-model design, business-case structuring, problem solving, and executive communication.

This role is best suited to consultants with experience at Engagement Manager through Principal level who have led complex engagements, managed teams, and produced high-quality executive deliverables.

CONTRACT: Contractor assignment, 9 weeks

COMMITMENT: Full-time, 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours of PST overlap

LOCATIONS: Remote - Canada, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia

PROCESS: short online test and delivery review

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-difficulty consulting tasks based on realistic business and strategic scenarios.
  • Develop gold-standard solutions with clear problem structures, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Design scenarios involving corporate strategy, growth, market entry, transformation, and operating-model decisions.
  • Build and evaluate business cases, including assumptions, trade-offs, risks, and financial implications.
  • Review AI-generated outputs for analytical rigor, practicality, structure, and executive-level quality.
  • Assess whether recommendations are well-supported and appropriately prioritized.
  • Review and calibrate other contributors’ work against established quality standards.
  • Maintain day-to-day quality across assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Identify genuine edge cases and ambiguous evaluation criteria.
  • Escalate complex cases and rubric issues to the functional expert lead.

Requirements
  • 8–15 years of strategy or management consulting experience, ideally at Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Principal, or equivalent level.
  • Experience working in a top-tier or specialized boutique consulting firm.
  • Strong expertise in corporate strategy, business transformation, or operating-model design.
  • Proven experience structuring and evaluating complex business cases.
  • Experience leading consulting engagements and managing project teams.
