The Opportunity:

We are seeking a high-level Talent Acquisition and Organizational Recruitment Manager to support the company’s executive and operational growth across multiple healthcare divisions. 

This role is responsible for recruiting leadership, management, and corporate-level employees while helping build the long-term Talent Acquisition structure of the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong healthcare recruiting experience with operational thinking, leadership partnership, and the ability to build scalable hiring systems. 

This is not a transactional recruiting role. The position is intended for someone who can operate as a strategic partner to leadership and eventually assist in overseeing Talent Acquisition operations and infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership, management, corporate, and operational positions 
  • Recruit directors, managers, department leaders, and specialized healthcare operational staff 
  • Partner directly with executive leadership regarding organizational structure, hiring priorities, and workforce planning 
  • Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill and growth-critical positions 
  • Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines for leadership and operational roles 
  • Support development of Talent Acquisition systems, processes, reporting structures, and KPI tracking 
  • Assist in implementing structured interview and candidate evaluation processes 
  • Coordinate interview processes with department leadership and executive management 
  • Participate in compensation benchmarking and hiring strategy discussions 
  • Support onboarding coordination and leadership transition processes 
  • Maintain recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and candidate tracking systems 
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and professional hiring standards 
  • Help strengthen organizational culture, accountability, and leadership development through hiring practices 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience within healthcare or multi-department organizations 
  • Experience recruiting management, operational, and leadership-level employees 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare organizational structures and operations 
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing strategies 
  • Ability to work directly with executive leadership in fast-paced environments 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills 
  • Experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting platforms Operational mindset with strong ownership and accountability 
  • Experience helping build or improve Talent Acquisition infrastructure preferred 

Preferred Background 

  • Healthcare services, home care, home health, staffing, multi-site healthcare, or related industries 
  • Experience supporting scaling organizations and organizational restructuring 
  • Leadership recruiting and operational workforce planning 
  • Experience eventually managing or supporting internal TA teams
