Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, Demand, you will own the technical performance and operational health of a portfolio of strategic DSP partners. You will act as a key bridge between partners and internal teams, ensuring clean integrations, strong signal fidelity, and optimal auction performance.

You will work closely with Commercial Account Managers, Engineering, Product, and Marketplace Quality to troubleshoot issues, enhance infrastructure, and unlock incremental revenue through technical optimisations.

This role offers exposure to high-impact initiatives, including SDK signal expansion, identity frameworks, bidstream optimisation, and performance-driven marketplace curation.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically curious, and comfortable operating at both a deep execution level and a partner-facing strategic level.

This role is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (three days in the office).

What You Will Do

  • Own the technical performance and health of a portfolio of DSP partnerships

  • Analyze bidstream data, logs, and performance metrics to identify issues and opportunities

  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the auction lifecycle (e.g., bid rate, win rate, discrepancies, IVT, signal loss)

  • Partner with Engineering and Product to diagnose bugs, prioritize fixes, and improve integrations

  • Lead onboarding and technical integration for new DSP partners and new endpoints

  • Drive improvements in key metrics such as bid rate, win rate, fill rate, and revenue yield

  • Provide partners with actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve bidding and performance

  • Support and lead testing initiatives, including A/B tests, new integrations, and feature rollouts

  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Account Managers to align on account strategy and growth opportunities

  • Document and standardize technical workflows, troubleshooting processes, and best practices

  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams on programmatic mechanics and DSP behavior

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or a technical client-facing role

  • Strong understanding of OpenRTB, DSP/SSP dynamics, and auction mechanics

Core Skills

  • Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and log-level data

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and performance issues

  • Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for both internal and external audiences

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with tools such as Kibana, Looker, or similar analytics platforms

  • Familiarity with SDK integrations, identity solutions (IDFA, UID2), and signal frameworks

  • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON structures, and bid request/response formats

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams
