CoreWeave is building the infrastructure that powers the next era of AI, at a pace and scale that demands operational excellence across every function. We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the CIO organization and drive programs that connect Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. You’ll deliver the systems, integrations, and workflows that support predictable site expansion, trusted operational data, and reliable execution across CoreWeave.
About the RoleYou will lead technical programs within Data Center Operations and across the functions that support the data center lifecycle. Your scope will span data center infrastructure management (DCIM), telemetry, asset management, lifecycle platforms, and their dependencies on procurement, inventory, financial systems, and IT.
You will connect workstreams into integrated plans, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and drive accountability from discovery through rollout and stabilization. The Technical Program Manager owns the integrated execution plan, delivery cadence, dependency and risk management, and readiness coordination. Business owners and the DC PMO own business requirements, approvals, and change management; Product Management owns product scope and acceptance criteria; Engineering owns technical design, implementation, testing, and technical support. You will bring these owners together to deliver agreed outcomes.
You will lead programs across multiple teams and functions, including interconnected initiatives across sites. You will resolve competing priorities with senior stakeholders, manage critical paths across programs, and establish delivery mechanisms adopted by multiple teams.
In this role, you will:
- Own integrated delivery plans for programs spanning Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, with clear scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
- Connect site expansion and operational technology initiatives with procurement, equipment availability, inventory and asset records, financial processes, and IT readiness. Identify gaps between functional plans and drive decisions before they affect delivery.
- Drive DCIM deployment and site onboarding programs, coordinating asset data readiness, integrations, vendor commitments, testing, and operational handoffs to improve onboarding predictability.
- Partner with Facilities, Engineering, Data teams, and suppliers to improve telemetry coverage and data quality. Track monitoring gaps, alerting issues, and remediation through closure.
- Lead asset-system migrations and legacy-tool retirement, coordinating data reconciliation, downstream dependencies, cutover and rollback plans, and clear exit criteria.
- Coordinate delivery across lifecycle platforms, construction milestone integrations, enterprise systems, and operational dashboards, ensuring workflow and data changes remain consistent across functions.
- Maintain a unified view of program commitments, critical paths, risks, and decisions. Run effective planning and execution cadences, keep owners accountable, and escalate conflicts with clear options and recommendations.
- Maintain traceability from approved business requirements and product acceptance criteria through implementation, testing, and launch readiness. Ensure decisions and sign-offs come from the accountable owners.
- Orchestrate business UAT, go-live readiness, and operational handoffs. Coordinate with the DC PMO on training and communications and with Engineering on hypercare and support readiness, accounting for live-site constraints.
- Track outcomes such as predictable site onboarding, trusted asset and telemetry data, reliable integrations, adoption, and issue resolution. Build reusable plans, dashboards, and playbooks that improve execution across CoreWeave.
- You have demonstrated delivery experience with a complex systems implementation or migration involving integrations, data readiness, testing, and operational handoff.
- You have experience leading technical programs across multiple business functions and can connect operational needs, enterprise systems, and technical delivery.
- You have strong fundamentals in integrated planning, critical-path analysis, dependency management, risk tracking, resource coordination, and driving decisions to closure.
- You can interpret system diagrams, APIs, integrations, data flows, migration approaches, and testing dependencies.
- You are familiar with data center operations and their connections to procurement, inventory, asset lifecycle, financial processes, and IT systems.
- You have practical experience using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to manage delivery, with tools such as Jira and Asana.
- You have proven stakeholder-management experience across operational leaders, technical teams, business system owners, and external vendors, including resolving conflicting commitments and priorities.
- You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including concise executive updates that connect progress, risks, and decisions to business outcomes.
- You have demonstrated experience resolving priorities across senior stakeholders, managing dependencies across multiple programs, and establishing operating mechanisms used beyond your immediate team.
- Experience with Sunbird or other DCIM platforms, CMMS/EAM systems, BMS/EPMS or telemetry platforms, and asset-management tools.
- Experience with Supply Chain or Finance systems supporting procurement, inventory, logistics, ERP, or fixed-asset processes.
- Experience with Asana portfolios, SiteTracker, integration platforms, and operational reporting or dashboards.
- Experience delivering multi-site rollouts, legacy-system retirement, data migrations, or vendor transitions.
- Familiarity with live-site change controls, maintenance windows, operational support models, and audit readiness.
- Experience coordinating automation, first-party applications, or AI-enabled workflows across business functions.
