What Paramount Field Services Offers

Paramount Field Services offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, a collaborative and experienced land team, and the opportunity to work on varied and interesting projects across the Appalachian Basin, including the Marcellus and Utica plays. We value landmen who take ownership of their work and their client relationships.

To apply, please submit a resume and a summary of relevant title and contract experience by county.

A few changes went beyond swapping state names, so please review them:

  1. Basins: Permian and Anadarko don't apply to West Virginia, so I replaced them with the Appalachian Basin (Marcellus and Utica).
  2. CO2 assets: This is mainly a Permian reference, so I replaced it with severed estate assets, which come up often in West Virginia title work.
  3. Application instructions: "By state" no longer made sense for a single-state role, so I changed it to "by county."
  4. "Across state lines" and "all three states": I reworded these to refer to multiple counties and West Virginia law.
