We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets & Risk to support the continued expansion of our global treasury program. In this role, you will contribute to investment management, cash flow forecasting, capital markets, corporate insurance, and financial risk management initiatives. You will play a key role in analyzing and developing strategies to optimize liquidity, enhance capital structure, manage risks, and implement industry best practices. This position will report to the Senior Treasury Manager, Capital Markets & Risk.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Execute and enhance comprehensive cash investment strategies, optimizing returns while ensuring principal preservation and alignment with liquidity and risk tolerance objectives. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and Finance, to enhance and maintain the indirect cash forecast model, leveraging insights for liquidity management and strategic planning. 
  • Maintain and provide documentation for audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and financial reporting standards, including SOX requirements.
  • Monitor treasury activities to uphold regulatory adherence, contractual obligations, and best practices while identifying potential risk areas.
  • Contribute to capital markets initiatives, working closely with the Senior Manager, Treasury Capital Markets & Risk to refine capital structure, balance sheet optimization, and capital allocation priorities. 
  • Execute and refine strategies for the share repurchase program, ensuring alignment with financial and shareholder objectives.
  • Support the corporate insurance strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to assess risks and maintain appropriate coverage. 
  • Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies for foreign exchange exposures and other financial risks.
  • Prepare insightful reports for senior management and the board, covering capital markets, cash flow, and risk management trends

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA, CFA or CTP is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury management 
  • Proficient in investment management, cash flow forecasting, financial instruments, financial modeling, and corporate insurance
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and a proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently, managing cross-functional projects and driving execution while maintaining attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights

Special Sauce* (Nice to Haves)

  • Global treasury and risk management experience with multinational companies
  • Experience with treasury management systems and related applications
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks and global banking
  • SaaS or Fintech experience

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

Pay Range
$88,000$141,000 USD
