As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience across the entire PactFi application. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy using great design and innovative thinking to solve complex workflows challenges across multiple counterparties.
The designer will work closely with the product managers to translate domain specific user needs into finished product. Over time, the designer will incorporate customer feedback to streamline and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities for Senior Product Designer

- Understand, map and analyze user roles and workflows within application eco system
- Work with business, clients and engineering to develop business and technical requirements and incorporate them into product design
- Plan and implement innovative designs across web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain demo and or  wireframe prototypes for new products/ ideas/ business development
- Test, evaluate and optimize for intuitiveness and experience on an ongoing basis

Qualifications:
- 5 years + experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications for B2B software applications
- Experience in Figma or another widely used wireframing/ prototyping tool
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinker/problem solver and customer-centered
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.

Nice to haves:
- Experience in financial services
- Experience in B2B software/enterprise end clients
