  • Recruit and schedule participant sessions, managing incentives and logistics.
  • Conduct research using methods such as moderated interviews, usability testing, card sorting, workshops, and surveys.
  • Use storytelling and creative delivery formats to share findings and help teams prioritize design decisions and product requirements.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources such as usage analytics, customer satisfaction surveys, and support tickets to generate insights.
  • Create compelling outputs such as task flows, personas, journey maps, and research reports.
  • Contribute to evolving our research processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Support and educate designers and product managers on research methods, benefits, and applications.
Your Qualifications

  • Skilled in usability testing, interviews, journey mapping, persona development, and survey creation.
  • Ability to deliver both tactical and strategic recommendations using creative and engaging communication formats.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and methodical—committed to improving quality through user research.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to present findings persuasively and build alignment across teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or a related social science discipline.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environments, especially on complex product initiatives.
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence applications or research.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, financial systems, or planning software.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad.
