Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity

What you'll do:

The SVP of Agency Development will lead Nexxen’s global agency strategy, owning executive relationships across major holding companies and independent agencies. This role is responsible for driving enterprise partnerships, long-term commercial agreements, and strategic alignment across Nexxen’s demand, supply and data solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in programmatic media, CTV monetization, identity and data strategy, and agency economics.

Global Agency Strategy & Executive Engagement

  • Develop and execute Nexxen’s global agency development roadmap across major holding companies and key independent agencies including WPP, Omnicom Group, Publicis Groupe, Havas, Stagwell and Dentsu.

  • Establish and strengthen C-suite and senior investment relationships across corporate teams, trading desks, programmatic leadership, data teams, and advanced TV units.

  • Position Nexxen as a preferred DSP, SSP, Data and CTV partner – including global access to ACR data and CTV supply through its investment and strategic partnership with VIDAA, the operating system of Hisense, Toshiba and other global TV brands.

Revenue Growth & Commercial Leadership

  • Drive incremental platform revenue across DSP, SSP and data platform solutions, as well as Nexxen’s exclusive access to VIDAA/Hisense’s global ACR data and supply.

  • Negotiate global master service agreements (MSAs), preferred partner status, SPO initiatives, and data partnerships.

  • Identify whitespace opportunities within agency client rosters and in-housing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product to shape agency-driven roadmap priorities.

  • Work closely with Marketing on co-branded research, thought leadership, and industry events.

  • Align with Sales, Client Services, and Supply teams to ensure enterprise-level execution and retention.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing global Agency Development team.

  • Establish revenue targets, pipeline discipline, and quarterly business review frameworks.

  • Mentor senior leaders and create scalable processes across regions.

What will I bring?

Required

  • 15+ years in digital media, AdTech, or agency leadership.

  • Proven success managing enterprise relationships with global holding companies.

  • Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, CTV ecosystems, supply path optimization (SPO), identity solutions, and privacy regulations.

  • Track record of negotiating multi-million to nine-figure enterprise agreements.

  • Strong executive presence and strategic influencing capabilities.

Preferred

  • Prior experience within a major agency network, trading desk, or leading ad tech platform.

  • Expertise in advanced TV or omnichannel programmatic activation.

  • Experience managing global or multi-market teams.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $230,000 - $280,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
