We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in New York City

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Oversee a Americas focused portfolio of hedge fund clients and other alternative investments (e.g. Private Equity, Credit Funds)

  • Evaluate counterparty risk tied to derivatives, securities financing, and repo transactions.

  • Lead client due diligence meetings and maintain direct interaction with senior investment professionals and external counterparties.

  • Oversee ongoing portfolio monitoring including NAV and performance metrics.

  • Review and negotiate credit-related provisions tied to ISDA/CSA, MSLA, MRA, etc.

  • Present portfolio updates, risk themes, and material exposures to seniors on an ongoing basis.  
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • College Education 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior experience covering hedge funds at a financial institution.

  • Understanding of capital markets and traded products (e.g. FX, Rates, Securities Lending, repo, etc.)

  • Experience with leading due diligence meetings & underwriting work with hedge funds.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to present complex risk topics succinctly to senior audiences.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
