As the SVP of FP&A, you will lead financial forecasting across the company, working closely with stakeholders at all levels, including the senior leadership team, CFO, CEO  and the Board of Directors. You will develop insights and forecasts that support strategic decision making and profitable growth. You will manage a global team of 10+ people, and partner closely with other financial leaders including the Chief Accounting Officer and Investor Relations.  You will be an integral partner in positioning the company to wall street and investors. You will build and retain a best-in-class FP&A function, driving accuracy in forecasting and profitable growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global financial planning processes, including annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and long-term strategic plan
  • Collaborate across senior leadership team, including the CEO, to build the plan, drive alignment to the plan and execute against the plan 
  • Present the financial plan as well as quarterly updates to the Board of Directors 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the business and provide financial analysis regarding key business trends and market environment
  • Working closely with sales, product, business development and business operations, lead the development of the medium and long-term revenue forecast, with a particular focus on emerging growth sectors
  • Review, implement and maintain our hiring and opex model working in close partnership with HR and key department leaders to prioritize appropriately to maximize growth
  • Closely partner with Investor Relations to position IAS to investors and wall street, including rationale of financial trends, developing quarterly and annual guidance, and advising on all financial matters needed for investors and earnings calls 
  • Implement and maintain insightful and relevant financial reporting package and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Design and maintain financial technology tools to support global FP&A process, including Adaptive Planning and other dashboard technologies. Consider other innovative approaches to FP&A, including AI and RPA
  • Create weekly and monthly reporting to clearly identify variances to forecast and budget, provided in a clear and action-oriented format to drive decisions in close partnership with global accounting team
  • Work closely with Treasury and Tax regarding capital structure, tax strategy and cash flow forecasting. 
  • Support IAS’s M&A function, including deal evaluation, modeling, due diligence and integration, working closely with business development and other stakeholders 
  • Seek out external trends and factors and incorporate into forecasting process, both directly and indirectly 
  • Lead global team of 10-12 people (NYC, London and Singapore)

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years of global FP&A responsibilities 
  • Public company experience ideal
  • Investment Banking or Corporate M&A experience
  • BA and MBA
  • Experience working in technology industry; and digital media a plus
  • Proven track record of financial partnership with key executives to drive business growth
  • Analytical, data driven decision maker with strong financial acumen and drive for results 
  • Excellent communicator and presenter with an ability to influence all levels
  • Demonstrated ability of building and leading  a diverse, high-performing team 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Highly collaborative team player
  • Strong financial modeling, excel, gsheets and google slides and presentation skills

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $306,500 - $375,000 actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
