Job Description

Antares is seeking a senior, client-facing professional to drive growth across its insurance segment. This individual will play a critical role in expanding relationships with insurance clients, increasing AUM, and advancing the firm’s commercial strategy across Life, P&C, Health, and multi-line carriers. This SVP-level role is designed for a commercially oriented leader who combines market expertise, strong client relationships, and strategic execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Client Growth

  • Drive new business origination and contribute directly to AUM growth within the insurance channel
  • Expand and deepen relationships with existing insurance clients, increasing wallet share and long-term partnerships
  • Identify and execute on cross-selling opportunities across products and strategies

Client Coverage & Engagement

  • Lead senior-level client engagement, including meetings with C-suite and investment decision-makers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering market insights, portfolio perspectives, and tailored solutions
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and accountability in meeting client needs

Solutions & Product Strategy

  • Partner with investment, product, and distribution teams to develop and position differentiated investment solutions
  • Translate client demand and market trends into actionable product and go-to-market strategies
  • Support commercialization of new strategies and product innovations
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Execution
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Use market insights and data-driven analysis to inform business strategy and client engagement
  • Execute against defined commercial priorities, balancing near-term results with long-term strategic positioning

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate across teams to align on client strategy, product positioning, and business priorities
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment to accelerate decision-making and execution
  • Operate with an enterprise mindset, ensuring efforts support broader firm objectives

Qualifications

  • Experience covering or working with insurance companies, with a strong understanding of insurer investment needs
  • Proven track record of business development, client relationship management, or product commercialization
  • Knowledge of private credit and alternative investments strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work across complex organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (CFA, MBA, FSA) preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.

This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

Base Salary Range

$240,000 - $300,000
