About Us

Dorsia is at the forefront of hospitality-tech innovation, redefining how the world gains access to the most in-demand restaurants, events, and experiences. By fusing cutting-edge technology with the art of luxury hospitality, we empower our members to secure impossible-to-get reservations while providing operators with unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization.

In 2025, we grew revenue 480% and scaled to 400+ venues across 25 destinations, with the launch of our Culture Calendar extending Dorsia beyond restaurants into the world’s most sought-after cultural moments.

Backed by $54M in funding from investors including Index Ventures, Invus, and Red Sea Ventures, and strategic partners including MoonPay, Major Food Group, and The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud, we are entering our most consequential phase of growth and reshaping the global hospitality landscape. We’re adding exceptional talent to drive what comes next, and that’s where you come in.

About the Role

Dorsia is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketplace to unify and lead the growth engine of the company, building and deploying the agentic AI infrastructure that powers it. Reporting to the CEO, this role brings supply and demand under one strategic leader, creating the alignment, accountability, and velocity to power Dorsia’s next phase.

The SVP of Marketplace will own the strategy and performance across five core functions: Supply, Demand, Operations, Communications, and Marketplace Strategy, responsible for ensuring operations run as a single, coherent AI-powered system.

At the heart of this role is a deep understanding of marketplace economics: how supply and demand interact, where they create tension, and how to balance both in service of a premium, membership-driven business. The right candidate has scaled a consumer marketplace or membership product, driven quantifiable outcomes inside a high-growth environment, and knows how to optimize AI tooling to sharpen decisions at every layer of the marketplace.

What You’ll Do

Supply & Demand

  • Define and own the long-term marketplace strategy, including supply and demand dynamics, category expansion, and global growth.
  • Own the marketplace P&L with full accountability for revenue performance, cost of growth, and unit economics across supply and demand.
  • Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention on both sides of the marketplace, including inventory, partnerships, business development, and memberships.
  • Manage marketplace liquidity by calibrating demand against supply capacity, protecting the integrity and exclusivity of the Dorsia experience.
  • Drive pricing and yield optimization, including dynamic pricing, minimum spend architecture, and yield management across venue tiers.
  • Lead the Culture Calendar, ensuring Dorsia’s event and experience offering stays consistently ahead of the market and drives membership targets.

Operations

  • Oversee client success, account management, and customer service functions, ensuring every member touchpoint reflects Dorsia’s ultra-luxury positioning.
  • Set the standard for operational excellence across the full member lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
  • Build scalable support infrastructure that grows with the business.
  • Deploy AI and data tools to sharpen pricing, forecasting, and operational decision-making across the marketplace.

Communications & Marketplace Strategy

  • Lead social, influencer, press, and communications strategy, ensuring Dorsia’s voice in the market is consistent and culturally relevant.
  • Own the community layer of the Dorsia brand, building a member ecosystem that reinforces exclusivity and drives organic growth.
  • Own competitive intelligence across luxury memberships, reservation platforms, and experiential competitors.
  • Utilize AI and data tools to generate marketplace insights and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations.

Winning Recipe

  • 8+ years of experience in a high-growth consumer marketplace, membership, or luxury product environment, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role with direct ownership of supply and demand functions.
  • Deep fluency in marketplace economics, including inventory management, demand generation, pricing strategy, and the mechanics of balancing supply and demand in a premium business setting.
  • Proven track record of scaling a consumer product through a significant growth inflection inside a VC-backed or start-up environment.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing large cross-functional teams across marketplace, operations, and brand functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to set vision, define organizational structure, and hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes.
  • A builder's mindset toward AI and data, actively leveraging analytics and AI tools to sharpen pricing, forecasting, and member experience decisions across the marketplace.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent Dorsia’s brand to partners, investors, and board members.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury consumer goods, or live events is a strong plus.
  • Proven leader with the ability to build structure from scratch and the discipline to know that growth and exclusivity are not a tradeoff at Dorsia.

Workplace Philosophy at Dorsia

At Dorsia, we believe that culture eats strategy. The best ideas in the world mean nothing without the right people around the table and the right chemistry between them. We are, unapologetically, a people-first organization.

In-Person Matters

We’re creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the most discerning audience in the world. That doesn’t happen over Zoom. It happens through collisions: a spark across a desk, a kitchen-side conversation that unlocks a partnership, the energy of ideas felt, not typed. That’s why in-office culture is non-negotiable at Dorsia.

Who We Hire

We don’t subscribe to check-the-box hiring. We hire for merit and mindset, which naturally creates a team with varied backgrounds. What unites us isn’t demographics, it’s a shared vision: to build the social operating system for the cultural vanguard.

Lifestyle Hours

We’re not a 9-to-5 company. Our lifestyle mirrors our members. Early flights, after-work events, and late-night sprints when the work demands it. But we love what we do, and we definitely love a good party.

High Performance Culture

Working at Dorsia isn’t for everyone—and that’s the point. Our culture is designed for builders, not passengers. We move fast, set ambitious standards, and expect people to rise to them. If you have the talent and the drive, this will be a ride to remember.

A Final Word

We’re building something special. It will take long hours and relentless effort. It’s not for everyone. For those with the metabolism, you’ll create something that changes how culture is lived. And that’s the kind of work worth your life’s energy.
