About The Role

Hi, I'm Kristian, Sr. Manager of Growth at Jane and I feel so much pride being part of Jane's mission to help the helpers.

Jane is a team that's all about fostering growth, spreading delight, and serving our healthcare community. We're looking for people who are ready to jump in and join us as we simplify the lives of healthcare practitioners and patients every day.

The Web team owns the website end to end: the engineering, the design, the content, and the strategy that connects them. This role owns that last piece. As Sr. Web Marketing Manager, you're the person who decides where the website is going and why: the information architecture, the navigation, the page strategy, and the through-line that turns the site into a coherent, high-performing experience. This means connecting the strategy to real growth goals so the site gets found and converts. You'll partner closely with our Product Marketing team (including our Senior PMM, Platform) so that how Jane shows up on the web reflects how we position ourselves as a multi-product, AI-powered platform, but the web strategy itself is yours to own.

This is a senior builder individual contributor role with real influence. Strategy, design, engineering and content work together from the start here; there are no handoffs and you’re leading that work through clarity and judgement.

What impact we're looking for you to make
  • Own the strategy for the Jane marketing website. Translate Jane’s business goals into a concrete roadmap, backed by frameworks and shared language that enables the Web team to make clear decisions on what to build and what to leave behind. On flagship pages like the homepage, you’ll pull in Brand, Content, Design and Product to ensure the story we tell matches the product practitioners are signing up for. You are the decision-maker on how the website is structured and why.

  • Connect strategy to the customer and to performance. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into a clear point of view about what clinics and clinicians need from Jane. Ensure the website earns its keep, grounding strategic decisions in how the site performs after shipping.

  • Build and run an experimentation program. Form hypotheses, run tests, and use what you learn to steadily improve how the site converts into pipeline, partnering with Product Growth on experiments that span the end-to-end site, from first visit through signup. Put the systems in place so testing becomes part of how the team naturally works, not a special project, and make sure the impact is legible to stakeholders across the business.

  • Lead our organic and answer engine presence. Make sure practitioners find Jane when they’re searching for a solution, whether that search happens on Google or through an AI assistant. Set the strategy, brief subject matter experts effectively and judge whether the work is moving the needle.

  • Partner with the web platform and enablement function. Connect strategic direction to the platform capabilities, tooling, and execution that make it real on the site.

What experience we need
  • Solid experience in web strategy, digital strategy, product/content strategy, or a closely related discipline, including experience owning strategy for a substantial website or digital property. Experience with technology-forward or platform products is a strong asset.

  • Experience treating a website as a genuine growth channel - you can point to specific organic traffic gains, conversion rate wins or experiments you ran.

  • Deep fluency in information architecture and navigation - you can look at a growing, multi-product site and know how it should be structured, and defend why.

  • Strong analytical instincts. You're comfortable with web tagging and analytics data to inform and validate strategic decisions, and you know the difference between a signal and noise.

  • Real experience running A/B tests and CRO growth experimentation at scale

  • Hands-on SEO/AEO fluency - close enough to the work to know what’s actually moving the needle

  • Comfort working in a modern CMS (we use WordPress) and CRO tools (Optimizely, Contentful, Webflow, etc.)

  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility and testing across devices.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling. You can articulate a strategy to various stakeholders and make a case for a strategy as clearly as you can read a dashboard.

  • Genuine curiosity about Jane’s mission and about the healthcare practitioners we build for.

If you don't meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we'd still love to hear from you.
